Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be a full-time student
Be an incoming freshman
Be a graduate of Rowan or Elliott County High Schools
Be a Business Administration major
Be identified as financially eligible by the Office of Enrollment Services
Preference given to those with a 3.0 or above High School GPA
