Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be a full time student
Be an incoming freshman
Be from Eastern Kentucky
Be identified as financially eligible by the Office of Financial Aid
Preference given to students from Pike County
Preference given to students who graduated from East Ridge High School
Preference given to students who graduated high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA
