Recipient of this scholarship shall be:
Active members of the Kentucky Zeta Chapter of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity
In good academic standing with the University
Have strong participation in community service activities and active participation with the fraternity
Be identified as financially eligible by the MSU Office of Financial Aid
