Mason and Rosemary Combs Family Endowment

Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be incoming freshman students who are enrolled full time.
Have a minimum high school GPA of 2.5 or above.
Be identified as financially eligible by the MSU Office of Financial Aid
Preference will be given to Kentucky residents of Bell county. If a student is not eligible, recipients from surrounding counties of Knox, Whitley, Clay, Leslie and Harlan may be considered
Preference given to students with the greatest remaining financial balance.
