Marshall Banks Memorial Scholarship

Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be a graduate of a high school located in MSU’s traditional 22 county service region in Eastern Kentucky
Be an incoming freshman
Have at least a 3.0 High School GPA
Preference given to African American students
