Ottis Murphy Memorial Scholarship Endowment

Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be an incoming freshman
Be from Magoffin, Morgan or Menifee County in KY
Unconditionally admitted to MSU
Have maintained a minimum 2.5 GPA in their high school studies
Have financial need determined by the Office of Financial Aid
