Hickman Holler Appalachian Relief Scholarship

Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be an incoming freshman
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Be identified as financially eligible by the MSU Office of Financial Aid
Preference given to African American Students
Preference shall be given to students from the MSU Service Region
Second Preference shall be given to students from the tri-state area (This shall include bordering counties of the adjacent states of Ohio and West Virginia)
