Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be a full-time student
Be classified as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate student
Have a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA
Be a major of the Elmer R. Smith College of Business and Technology
Preference given to students with the greatest remaining financial balance
