Recipient of this scholarship shall:
Be an incoming freshman student
Have a minimum High School GPA of 3.0
Have an interest in Greek Life
Preference will be given to male students
Preference given to applicants who show the best overall aptitude in the areas that Sigma Phi Epsilon hold in high regard: leadership, scholastics, community service and extra curricular activities
