Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be an incoming freshman
Be a Art Major
Be a graduate of an accredited Kentucky High School
Be a legal resident of KY
Have a minimum high school GPA of 3.0 or higher
Preference given to students who reside in Elliott & Rowan County in KY
Second Preference shall be given to students who reside in Fayette County in KY
Third Preference shall be given to students who reside in the Commonwealth of KY
