Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be an active member in good standing of the Delta Eta Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi at MSU
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and taken advantage of the uncommon opportunities provided through their membership in the fraternity
