Harlan County Three Star Scholarship

Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be a graduate of Harlan County High School
Be classified as a full time student
Be classified as a sophomore
Have a minimum GPA of 3.5
Demonstrate a strong commitment to academic excellence and community service and exhibit high moral character
Be identified as being financially eligible by the Office of Financial Aid
