Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be an incoming student
Have a cumulative high school GPA of at least 3.0
Demonstrate financial need determined by the Office of Financial Aid
Have exhibited strong academic achievement
Preference will be given to students from Rowan and Fleming County, KY
