Russell (Russ) Mast SGA Scholarship Endowment

Be an active member of Student Government Association.
Shall be classified as a junior or senior.
Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Be in good standing with the university.
Be identified as financially eligible by the MSU Office of Financial Aid.
Preference shall be given to students who demonstrate extraordinary leadership qualities.
