Fred R. Ross Scholarship Endowment

Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be an incoming freshman
Have a minimum High School GPA of 3.2 or above
Be a graduate of a public high school in Clermont County, Ohio
Be identified as financially eligible by the MSU Office of Financial Aid
Preference will be given to students who have a n ACT score of 24 and above
