Recipients of this scholarship shall:
Be a Junior or Senior
Be majoring in Veterinary Science or Veterinary Technology
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Be identified by the Office of Financial Aid as financially eligible
Preference shall be given to students from the 22 county MSU service region in Eastern Kentucky
